So, of course, after ranting about counting calories in my blog, I decided to look at what I ate today.
(Note: I dont normally track my food. I hardly even track my protein. My “diet” plan is to eat the things that my stomach likes, which happens to be meat, and eat mostly good for me things. nothing is off limits, I dont deprive myself, if I want something i’ll eat it, and I enjoy everything that I eat. I dont scrutinize everything that goes into my mouth, I would rather be a bit bigger and not be obsessive about my calories/weight.)
For breakfast, I had leftovers from last night, which were spicy chicken and beef things and a tiny bit of pasta.
I got a Chipotle burrito for dinner, because it was free! Half chicken, half beef, black beans, no rice, cheese, and spicy salsa. I tore off any extra tortilla that wasnt holding the food in, and ate about 3/4ths of it over, oh, a 4 hour period.
I’ll go home tonight, maybe have an ice cream float

(I would like to add, I didnt plan this. This is how I normally eat. “Oo, that sounds good, and its cheap, lets go! Oh, rice would fill me up and I dont really like it, let me get the good stuff.” I dont feel deprived or starving, thanks to my surgery. However, if I had planned this? I probably would not have been satisfied with it. :-)
