So, my life in NYC lead to Insomnia Cookies and lots of eating out. Not necessarily fast food, but if I am out of the house for 12 hours at a time, its hard to bring food.
Which, who am I kidding, I dont try to bring food :)
I gained about 30 pounds over the past year, which puts me at 50% of EWL. Which, is still a success in WLS terms. Still, I am probably about 20 lbs over the weight I felt most comfortable at.
I also lost 5 pounds on vacation. :) Apparently, not being stressed leads to weight loss, who knew?
Also on my trip, I brought back my Wii Board, and my Wii Fit. After playing with the Wii Fit Plus at my aunt and uncles place, I got that. I kinda like it. So far, I have had four days at 30 minutes each. I like that it will put together a routine for me. I really hate that the “health” section is all about weight loss, though.
So, I may try to post here more often. I dont think I will post weight updates, but I will try to post Wii updates :)
